Valentine Classes at Timeless Treasures

Happy Sunday!
I am in the midst of laundry, watching football playoffs, dropping off my children at their respective play dates, and about to sit down to begin work on projects for CHA. So lots going on, but thought I would pop on in, and share details on two of my upcoming classes at Timeless Treasures.

First, I will be teaching another tag class this month. This time it is all about Valentine's tags. I had so much fun creating Christmas tags, so I  could not resist creating a few more for {Love} day. This class is called: Sealed with Love. We will be creating twelve different tags using bits from Paper Heart from Crate. I am inking, playing with glitter, and using different textures on them. These are perfect for the final detail on your Valentine gifts, home baked goodies, on scrapbook pages, or simply hung on ribbon to decorate your mantle.

The class details are the following:
January 26th from 6PM-10PM
Cost:$28.00

We will create twelve completed Valentine's tags, plus two more as a bonus to the class!

*****Kits are available, if you cannot make the class. All of my kits come with photographs of the project, and complete instructions.

My next class is all about dressing up the basic paper sack, and it is called Embellished Valentine Paper Sacks! This time instead of using Kraft bags, I am using white paper sacks in this class.


A similar trend you will find from me in my classes: inking & glitter! Perfect sparkly combination!

Here is a peek of two of the paper sacks we will be embellishing. In this class there are a total of seven paper sacks all in a variety of sizes! 


I never get tired of these mini paper sacks. They are perfect for gift cards, or to tuck in a small treat. (the label on the bag actually reads: happy love day. The tag is hiding the rest of the sentiment)

Love is in the air {Valentine's Tag Class}

Today, I am wrapping up the small details on my classes at Timeless Treasures. I love creating tags with all sorts of textures, and bringing out my favorite "valentine's" stamps. Here is a peek of one out of the twelve tags, we will be creating in class:

Love this flower die, and it is perfect cut out of felt. I have two more classes also planned in the next two months. One is a mini album, and the other is simply dressing paper bags into something special. I will share them soon.

Children's Valentines

 
I wanted to share a couple more of the sweet Valentines I made for my children. The ones pictured above were given to Macie's adorable cheer teammates. I made twenty of these in about thirty minutes! I keep these mini paper bags on hand, ever since I found them at Michael's in October. I simply embossed them with an embossing folder to add quick, but fun texture to the bags! A punched out heart, and a little sparkle made them the perfect treat bag to tuck in a bag of Valentine's M&M's.

The following were made for Roman's classmates. After making Valentines for Gabi's, and Macie's class, I had asked Roman if he would not mind buying some cool Spiderman Valentines??? His response to me was something I will remember forever on Valentine's Day. He told me, "No, Mom I want you to make my Valentines, because you make them with love. " 
Well, after hearing his reply, off to creating, I went! I love these bags from Stampin' Up, and always keep them in my stash. Some fabulous paper from American Crafts, and a new Catslife stamp kept this simple Valentine, special! 

Well, we are trying to recover from a lingering cold.  It only seems to be affecting all of us at different times. Macie has been miserable today, so I am taking her to see doctor soon. Hopefully, we will all be well by Monday!
