Hello, my friends! Happy July to you!
It feels fantastic scrapbooking again! So glad to be back, and sharing what I love to do. Today, it is all about Bella Blvd, and using a variety of their papers to create this fun page of my little Macie.
Lots of red, white, and blue on this page! Perfect combination to celebrate a holiday, and to convey Macie's bold personality.
details:
Hoe fun are those playing cards? They are cut from paper from the
Family Dynamics collection. I dressed them up a bit with punched stars, and chipboard stars from the Tail & Waggers collection. I went deep into Bella's archive collections.
Here I used Cia Chip letters for part of my title, and High Five Alphabets from the Sophisticates line. I am in love with the flags from Bella, too. The ones used above are called Patriotic. They were the perfect small details to the page. A star border punch help to add movement along the bottom of the page.
For a complete list of supplies, please visit the Bella Blvd. Blog. Lots of red, white, and blue inspiration this week from all the designers!
I do want to take a minute to thank everyone who reached out to me. I know this blog was a bit quiet for awhile. I normally do not share my personal life on my blog. This blog was created to simply share my passion for this hobby. So, I will not go into the details, but know I needed to take time as my family begins a new chapter. I wanted to take time to concentrate on me, and my children. I am a woman of faith, and know that God does not give anyone more than they can handle.
I am filled with many different emotions, but filled with anticipation. I cannot wait to see what will unfold next in my personal life. It will be about personal growth, reconnecting with who I am, and simply to be the best Mother possible! Of course, there might just be a bit of scrapbooking thrown in, too!(; So again, thank you my friends for your concern, and your words of encouragement! Sending you each big HUGS!!!
I also want to thank my design teams for their support, and patience, as I worked my way back into the scrapbooking world! They were simply incredible, and I cannot thank them enough! I am very blessed to be able to design for some AMAZING companies! So thank YOU!!!
Okay, this blog may be a bit quiet for a few more days. I am working with new lines for the upcoming CHA show. Wow, just when I think I have seen it all, there is something else I simply have to have! Pure happiness, and the perfect way to soothe your creative soul!
Have a great day!

Hello friends!
Today, I wanted to share a mini album I created with Bella Blvd Spring Flings and Easter Things. I used a BoBunny 6x6 album, and at first I was a bit hesitant on its size. However, fell in love with it toward the end of the project. It has a gorgeous linen spine, and a cover that you can alter any way you would like.
These photos were taken in Texas while visiting my family. This album was also created for the CHA Bella Booth. This is a gorgeous line perfect for spring, and documenting your Easter photos!
I was in a hurry as I snapped these photos. I was trying to get it out the door, so I apologize if the photos are not that great(;
"Spring Spectacular Mini"
a few details, well, okay, not a few, but I hope you enjoy(;
Now this happens to be my favorite photo! It is a bit blurry, but I love it anyway. It depicted our family's personality, and traditions perfectly!
Thank you for taking a peek at my project, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
This album was also on the Bella's Blog, with other amazing Spring projects from the designers. {Click here} to hop on over.
Time for me to begin my day! I hope yours is great! Thank you for visiting today.

Happy Friday everyone!
Today, I have a paper cake created with Bella Blvd.'s Baby Girl Collection. Please forgive me if I have already shared it on my blog, but I do not beleive so(;
I love creating miniature paper cakes. They are perfect for any occassion, and are fabulous centerpieces for a party! This was another one of my CHA projects, and right now the Baby Girl collection is shipping!
I love creating borders of rossettes across the bottom of one of the cake layers. I did want it to resemble candy flowers, so I pulled these large white brads from my stash. I layered each rossette with a vellum circle, and the brad. You have seen me do this many times, but the lids are painted with acrylic paint. Can you guess what the next step might be?? Yep, dusted glitter right on top! The paint will act as your adhesive. One tip I picked up, is to spray the lids with hairspray! This will help to seal the glitter in its place!
I staggered a few assorted sizes of the rossettes to create a fun border. Lots of embossed vellum, and a bit of tulle to add that girly touch! I failed to take a photo, but the stand for the cake is simply another lid taken from a box. I created a pie shape using the assorted papers of the collection. The trendy rays of different papers have been popping up everywhere, so I wanted to try it, too. Unfortunately, it is almost completely covered with the cake! Ha! So, at least you can see a bit of the assorted papers in the photo above(;
Here I simply sprayed the top with spray adhesive, and let the confetti fall where it may! I also sprinkled a coarse glitter on top for an another festive touch! {Click here} to see the entire Baby Girl collection. Today, on the
Bella Blvd. Blog there are more baby girl projects that will be sure to inspire you!
I do appreciate your visit to my blog, and sorry about my lack of blogging lately. I have so many projects to share, but the last month has been extremely busy for the family. I am also now fighting a cold. Roman, and Gabi have passed it on to me. So, I am going to try and rest today. We have a busy weekend ahead, and would love to be able to enjoy a bit of it(;
Have a great one!

Happy Tuesday!
Today, I thought I would share the canvas blocks I created for Bella Blvd. I love working with canvas for all occassions. They can make for beautiful home decor, simply using papers, and of course, your memories. The following were created with the new release called the Baby Girl collection. There was an entire week dedicated to this collection, so {click here} for inspiration from the other design team members.
Cherish Canvas Blocks
I love the color pink, and how cute is that baby in the middle?? She belongs to one of my friends, and thought she was absolutely perfect for this project. Thank you Katrina!
The blocks are 6x6, and would be a perfect addition to a baby's nursery. If you do not have babies to scrapbook, this collection does have basic patterns that would be perfect for spring, Valentine's Day, or even Easter.
Here are a few more details:
On this first canvas, cherish was cut using a Cricut cartridge. I want to say it was the Sophisticated Cartridge by Teresa Collins. I have said this before, but it is my favorite right now! I used several of the patterned papers to create simple color blocking, and a white border that resembles lace. Well, to me anyway(; I dressed punched flowers with the new crochet flowers from Bella Blvd, and a sweet stick pin. Again, part of this collection.
You might see a hint of vellum on there, too!
Sweet Macie really can stand alone on this project, so I used very little embellishments on this canvas. Now, I will admit I am not a big fan of altering photos with embellishments. For example, pictures with crowns on the heads, or flowers on the hair. Again, this is not something I like to do, but here I broke my own rule. A simple crochet flower, and tulle are used on the photo itself. I did use a sweet quote from the sticker sheet right along the bottom.
On this last canvas, I used the playful paper with all the sweet animals, and the purple gingham pattern. Another large punched flower, layered on top of a simple white doily.
I really like the sweet monkey found throughout this collection. So, I used the circle sticker as the final embellishment in the center of the bloom. I did tuck in some pink tulle on here, too.
The final detail are the hearts that I stitched together to create a heart banner along the top of the canvas. I did forget to mention that I painted the outsides with a coordinating pink acrylic paint. I obviously covered the front of them with paper, using a very strong adhesive. This collection begins shipping March 15!!
Thank you for taking a peek at my project, and hope your day is wonderful! Mine will be spent at the car wash, mall, and I have an appointment later on in the afternoon! So I better get going(; Thanks for stopping by today!

You know it is CHA time, as manufacturers begin sharing peeks of upcoming collections, and new products. It feels like Christmas all over again! Right now, I am working on my projects, and with this new collection:
This is so adorable in person, and makes me want to search for baby photos of Roman! I am working on altered projects with this collection, so hoping creativity finds me soon.(; Even if you do not have baby photos to scrap, there are so many basic patterns for the everyday photos. I love the new embellishments they have added this year, too!
For more detailed peeks, and for a chance to win your own collection, hop on over to the Bella Blvd. Blog. There will be sneak peeks all week long!

Happy Thursday!
A few days ago I shared this journal on the Bella Blvd. Blog. My daughter loves to collect journals. She writes in them almost daily, and sometimes I see her place a photo, or two. So with the New Year, I thought I would alter this journal with colors that would make her happy.
detail of cover:
I mixed many of Bella's collections for the cover. I added lots of texture, and fun embellishments. One of my favorite papers from Bella is the yellow chevron pattern. I love it in the bright yellow. It is from the Winter Wonder Collection, and you can find it here. It seems I cannot create a project without a hint of vellum, so you might see a layer on here, too. For more details on the cover, and list of supplies, {Click here} to visit the Bella Blvd. Blog.
I will do my best to update my blog. New CHA product will soon be arriving at my doorstep, so I will be creating a storm, for that. It is almost CHA time!I am also in the midst of finalizing my designs for my new classes at Timeless. I hope to share a peek of those next week.
Have a wonderful Thursday, and I will be back with a scrapbook page. Acutally, it is a double page layout, just in time for Valentine's Day!

Today, on the Bella Blog I shared some fun Christmas tags with Bella's Christmas Wishes collection. I love giving tags as a hostess gift, and I also enjoy creating tags for my children's presents. Christmas wishes is full of happy colors, and who would not love to see this merry color palette under the tree?
details:
Here is a closer look at the bag I created. I thought this was a cute size to tuck them into. On the front I used a white doily that I cut the inside circle from, and layered it with a circle, punched from vellum. Of course, I added a bit of embossing using a snowflake embossing folder. Then just simple embellishments round out this bag. I used the adorable chipboard reindeer, stickers, and white seam binding. I attached a mini jingle bell from the bow with a safety pin.
A look at the three tags I created:
I really love the simplicity of this one. I used the journaling spots from the cute cuts paper, as the base for all of my Christmas tags. Here I rounded the corners, and used my new punch for a few touches. I love the three circles on the front, and the star element as the final detail to the tag.
Here I used a little bit of this & that to create a tag full of texture, and dimension. Again, the tree is a cute cut, that I cut to fit onto the tag. I embellsihed it with a sweet candy cane, and a dec. 25 circle that was inked with one of Bella's miniature stamp sets. Another glittered star, and gorgeous silver seam binding finish the tag at the top.
My final tag created with all traditional Christmas colors. The white satrburst circle underneath the green scallop is the circle cut from the inside of the white doily, used on the first tag. I used some border strips, and more stamping to finish the bottom of the tag.
I have discovered in the last year, that I love designing tags for any time of the year. I hope to begin working on 14 new Valentine's tags this weekend. I will share a peek of a few of them, once they are done. They are part of a class I will be teaching in January.
Have a very merry weekend, and thank you for stopping by!
