Happy Labor Day!
Today, I have the following page that popped up on the Teresa Collins Design Team Blog. I used the new Vintage Finds collection, and it is one of my favorites. I will also be using this collection on a calendar that I am designing for one of my classes at Timeless Treasures. I cannot wait to get started!
How lucky am I to have these two gorgeous kids in my life?? They are everything to me, and they fulfill me more than I can ever express. I changed the color of the photos to black, and white. I wanted this page to have a more elegant feel to it, and this collection went perfectly.
details:
I love creating layers on my projects. Here,I used the large damask chipboard element as the main embellishment on my page. I created layers on top using embossed vellum, black cardstock label, punched flower, chipboard flower, and a brad to finish the center. You can also see a peek at the gorgeous damask washi tape also part of this collection.
I created more layers at the top of the page. I used a punched tag, that I of course, embossed. Another black cardstock label, punched flower, and a clock image that I cut from the Vintage Finds Clocks 12x12 Paper. I finished this area with more chipboard clocks, vellum, and the orange dot paper. The brads finished the centers, and they can be found {here}. You will find stamping here, and there on this page, too. The arrows on the tag were from the the Vintage Finds Stamp 2 set.
