If you have been following the My Mind's Eye Blog, you know the 12 Designers of Christmas is underway! Today, was a bonus day filled with scrapbook pages, and home decor.I decided to create a home decor project using the Holly Jolly Collection.
The papers in this collection are so traditional! The faint designs, brads, ribbon, are all the colors I love this time of year! The image of Santa Claus, on the Old St. Nick Paper is perhaps my favorite! I so wanted to get him onto this tiny block! However, I opted to use a chipboard circle instead!
This project is filled with all the merry things of the Holly Jolly Collection, mixed in with a few magical touches of Christmas. Glitter, paint, tiny doilies, glitter, vellum, and holiday sprigs are a few of the items!! I cannot forget the jingle bells!!! You might spot a few here, and there!
Christmas Canvas Blocks
I love how these tiny canvases turned out! I love paper crafting this time of year! I do enjoy creating scrapbook pages, tags, cards, and baking homemade sweet treats. However, as I was creating on these small canvases, I realize that creating projects for the Home, brings me such joy! These tiny canvases will be enjoyed every day, until the magic of Christmas Day!
Details of each canvas:
Thank you for taking a peek at my project! I have included a PDF with a complete supply list, and instructions. {Click here} to download Suzanne's Jolly Holly Christmas Canvas Blocks.
