Spring is in full bloom, and I am loving the Dear Lizzy Collection! I created a scrapbook page, of my Miss Macie when she was about two years old! She was on her way to her first Daddy/Daughter dance! However, at this age she refused to look at the camera. She always had the funniest expressions on her face, and trying to run away from me! (Now at age 5, she loves posing for my camera!) However, I could not resist scrapbooking the few snapshots I took of this beautiful day!
"Sweet spring"
Supplies: Patterned Paper: Dear Lizzy Tickled Tulip Pink Fabric, Dragonfly Dance, Giddy Grasshopper, Cardstock: Bazzill, Ribbon: Stampin Up,Stickers:Dear Lizzy Flutter Dimensional Stickers, Martha Stewart Tags
Few details:
I placed my title on top of a fabric circle. (I cut it in half, and stitched along the bottom) I know this is faint to see. I used the Tickled Tulip Fabric paper by Dear Lizzy. In this picture, I used two of my favorite punches at the moment! LOL One is the Medallion Double Punch by Martha Stewart, and the
Double Embossed Dotted Edger Punch by EK Success.
I used the Medallion punch to layer around the circle, and tucked one underneath the small yellow flowers.
Detail of large flower! I loved that this diecut tag, matched the medallion punch perfectly!!! Now, I am on a quest to find more!
I enjoyed working with this paper, and have two more projects to share. (a card, and a mini banner, will share these soon) Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you are having a great day. We had a rough start this morning, due to my eyes! So if this post does not make sense, or if the images are not clear, we can blame my eyes this time! LOL I had a reaction to my contacts, thus making it impossible to see. It is starting to clear, and I hope it does by 2pm! I have to pick up my kids from school.
Have a wonderful day,
