Happy Friday!!! I really could use one of these about now! One of the things I miss most about Texas, is a Sonic Drive through! I love their diet cokes! I was extremely spoiled, because it was within walking distance. I was happy to know that once I returned to California, a new Sonic appeared. However, it is not convenient for the everyday occurrence! I have to go elsewhere for my diet coke indulgence! It is not the same! Sonic has the best ice, and absolutely love their styrofoam cups. (Your drink last so much longer!) I always order a diet coke, with "extra" ice! This is my specialty drink! LOL After the week I have had, I think a trip to Sonic after school, is in order. I can hear, Gabriela, say," Mom, we have diet coke at the house!" I will then say, "It is not the same, love!"

That's how I feel about Dunkin Donuts coffee..yeah I could make it at home but there's something about the cup...and it tastes better... We had a Sonic open not that long ago about 15 mins away but it's been TOO crowded to even get near so I haven't ever had it...heard a lot about their ice....ENJOY it!!

Sonic's our after beach stop! Dinner with sandy kids - we eat outside! And Bradley picked it as his birthday lunch spot~ I love their ice too - so small and crumbly!
